Lamb On Skewers(Arni Souv Lakia, Greek Name) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    3 green peppers
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) leg of lamb, boned and cubed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 bay leaves
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 c. white wine
    salt and pepper
    6 tomatoes, quartered
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut the onions into quarters and separate the layers.
    Cut the peppers into quarters and cut each quarter in half.
    Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a shallow roasting pan; mix so that the meat is completely coated.
    Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours (overnight is better).
    Before cooking, add tomatoes to the marinade and mix well to coat with the juices.
