Fide'S Spicy Chicken Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken (drumsticks, thighs)
6 medium sized potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) can salsa del pato
2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
salt to taste
Preparation

On skillet, place following items in the following order: chicken, potatoes, chicken bouillon, salsa del pato and salt. Place on range; cover and simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Serve hot with flour or corn tortillas.
Serves about 8.
