Two-Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
    Stir in corn; set aside.
    In large bowl, mix all other ingredients together. Combine with egg mixture; stir just until blended.
    Bake in muffin pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 9.
