Frangos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
4 sq. baking chocolate
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. peppermint flavor
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation

Melt chocolate; set aside to cool slightly.
Cream the butter and sugar, then add to cooled chocolate.
Beat until fluffy.
Add whole eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add peppermint and vanilla; beat again.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumbs in paper lined muffin cups.
Add chocolate mixture; sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
Refrigerate until firm.
Better if made the day before serving.
Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
Very rich!!
