Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from 1 jar of hearts into frying pan.
    Drain other jar.
    Chop all hearts and set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to frying pan and saute until onion is limp, about 5 minutes.
