Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs.
Add flour to the yolks gradually, then thin it down with oil and milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Beat well until like thick cream.
Leave to stand for 1/2 hour, then stir in the stiffly beaten egg whites and mix well.
