Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. shortening
2 sticks margarine, softened
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Cream shortening, margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, beating after each.
Stir baking powder into flour.
Add flour mixture, alternating with milk; mix well.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Stir in pineapple.
Spray tube pan with cook spray and pour batter into pan.
Place in cold oven.
Turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
