Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 good size cooking apples
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 scant tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. orange juice (fresh or canned)
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Slice apples in pastry lined pan.
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg in saucepan.
Add orange juice and butter; heat until butter is melted.
Pour over apples.
Cover with pastry strips. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
