Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 jumbo shrimp or 2/3 to 3/4 lb.
1/4 c. butter
2 garlic cloves or garlic ???
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp.
Remove tails.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in garlic.
Saute, but do not brown.
Add shrimp; saute 1 to 2 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and skin is opaque.
Pour lemon juice over.
Salt and pepper.
Remove onto plate.
Keep juices in.
Stir in parsley and boil.
Pour over shrimp.
Serve with wild rice.
