Stuffed Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. finely chopped cooking apples
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    10 or 11 slices bacon
Preparation
    Combine everything but bacon.
    Cut bacon strips in half. Shape mixture into balls.
    Wrap in bacon strips.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Place on wire racks over baking pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until bacon is brown.
