Tita'S Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
2 lb. Sweet Italian sausage, mild
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. cilantro
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. fresh basil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Mix all the ingredients.
Shape into meatballs.
Fry meatballs in olive oil until golden brown.
Makes 30 meatballs.
Delicious served with Tita's Spaghetti Sauce below.
