    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3 c. slivered carrots
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
