Quick-Fix Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil to milk and pour into dry mix. Stir until mixture makes a ball and cleans the bowl sides.
Knead 8 to 10 times on waxed paper without additional flour.
Roll to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness as desired.
