Beef Stew Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless stew meat, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 3 hours.
    Serves over rice or noodles, as desired.
