Baked Potato Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
1 small can milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Shred potatoes and onion on coarse grater in water.
In large bowl, mix together the rest of ingredients; add drained potatoes and onion.
Mix well.
Bake in buttered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
