California Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Lemony Vinaigrette
    4 veal scallops or enough to serve 4
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small tomato
    1 small avocado, sliced
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos, shredded
    red leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Prepare Lemony Vinaigrette and keep warm.
