Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10-inch) pie crusts
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. pearl onions, peeled and halved
1 c. frozen peas
2 c. cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch chunk
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken stock
1 c. milk
salt, pepper, dill, parsley and basil to taste
1 egg white
paprika to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line a 10-inch pie pan with crust, prick bottom with fork and bake 10 minutes.
Set aside to cool. In a large pot of boiling water, add potatoes, carrots, onions and peas.
Cook for approximately 8 minutes.
Drain water, add cooked chicken and set aside.
