Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes or rice
    milk (just to moisten)
    2 beaten eggs
    few drops lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt
Preparation
    Mince salmon with a fork.
    Add crumbs, potatoes, eggs, seasoning and enough milk to moisten.
    Shape into loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with tomato sauce or creamed peas.
