Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. fresh jalapeno pepper, soak overnight in dill pickle brine or use already pickled jalapenos
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced onions
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and onions.
    Cut \"V\" out of peppers.
    Either scrape out seed or leave in.
    If scraping out, a baby spoon works good.
    You can dice some pieces.
