Mother'S Old Fashioned Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 or 12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk (2 c. if cheese is dry)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar.
    Add cheese slowly to make smooth mixture.
    (Put through strainer if cheese is too coarse.) Add milk and vanilla; pour into baked crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 (like custard) until knife comes clean.
    Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon and serve warm or cold.
