Low-Fat Chocolate Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 c. ice cold water
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    In blender, combine unflavored gelatin and boiling water. Cover; blend on medium speed until gelatin dissolves.
    Add dry milk and ice water.
    Cover and blend until fluffy; add cocoa, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Blend until mixed.
    Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until ice is crushed and mixed.
    Let stand 5 minutes until set.
    Spoon into dessert dishes and serve immediately or chill.
    Makes 6 low-calorie servings.
