Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
7 oz. box Special K cereal
4 large bell peppers, chopped
4 large onions, chopped
4 pkg. George Washington seasoning or 4 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken Style seasoning
3 eggs, well beaten or 1/2 c. egg substitute
3 medium carrots, grated
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, dried
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Saute onions, celery, bell peppers and carrots in small amount of oil.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, folding in oil and eggs last.
