Peas In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. canned mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 c. sherry
1 large pkg. frozen peas or 2 boxes
Preparation

Saut mushrooms and onions in butter.
Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried marjoram and sherry.\tThis may be stored in refrigerator.
