Cheddar-Beer Cocktail Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Combine in a medium bowl and mix until very smooth.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
    A quantity can be stored by filling crock and sealing top with paraffin.
    Will keep refrigerated for several weeks. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.
