Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 small cans chopped olives
1 pt. Light Choice sour cream
1 pt. nonfat cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 to 1 lb. Jack cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crush tortilla chips.
Spread half on bottom of pan.
Brown turkey and onion.
Add tomato sauce.
Pour on top of chips.
Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, olives and chilies.
Pour on top of turkey mixture.
Top with Jack and Cheddar cheese.
Spread remaining chips on top.
Serves 12.
