Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. crab meat
1/3 c. sliced onion (green)
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Swiss cheese
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
Mix until blended. Stir in crab meat, cheese and onions.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
