Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple
    juice from pineapple plus enough water to make 1 c.
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cut into bite size chunks
    miniature marshmallows
    pecans
Preparation
    Stir together egg and flour in saucepan.
    Add juice mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Cool.
    When mixture is cool, add pineapple chunks and cheese.
    Can add miniature marshmallows and pecans, if desired.
