Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
corn tortillas
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 c. cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. cheese
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger meat.
Drain.
Add salt, pepper and chili powder.
Grease casserole dish and line with corn tortillas. Layer in order hamburger meat, beans, cheese, more corn tortillas, soup, tomatoes and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
