Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

20 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Drain pineapple well and reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine juice, sugar and flour. Add cheese and pineapple. In small bowl, combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Pour in pineapple mixture and top with Ritz mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
