Snow Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk, whipped
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 box lemon jello
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers or gingersnap crumbs
Preparation
    Chill evaporated milk.
    Mix hot water with jello.
    Whip after partially jelled.
    Mix lemon juice and sugar with whipped jello. Fold whipped milk into gelatin.
