Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cornbread mix (such as Jiffy, Martha White, etc.)
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can corn (cream-style or whole kernel)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. crawfish
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
    Pour into a 9 1/2 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
