Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. milk
2 c. bread crumbs, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
2 sq. chocolate or 2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together.
Place bread in greased casserole.
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Pour over bread.
Drizzle chocolate-butter mixture on top of the bread pudding; do not stir.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8. Yummy!
