Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small onion
1/2 c. scalded milk
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Shape into balls.
Brown and make a gravy from the drippings. These are the meatballs that we make for our annual meetings.
