Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. softened margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour with baking soda.
    Combine margarine, sugars and pudding mix in a large bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in oats and raisins (batter will be stiff).
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cooking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
