Feather Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sorghum
    1 egg
    1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients in large bowl 3 minutes.
    Pour in well-greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Serve warm with applesauce and whipped cream.
