Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen vegie combo (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or sharp cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
    1 can French fried onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions.
    Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on the top and put back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
