Potato Fudge Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mashed potatoes
    1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    1/2 lb. coconut
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. instant coffee
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Drop onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet and form into a mound.
    Place in icebox to harden.
    Makes 1 1/2 pounds of candy and stays moist for days.
