Low Calorie Cabbage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, boiled and drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans or green beans
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large pot and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer until all vegetables are cooked and tender. Makes 10 servings of 2 cups each.
