Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel or tomatoes*
    1 small can refried beans
    3 cans enchilada sauce
    10 to 12 flour tortillas
    1 chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    *For hot enchiladas use Ro-Tel and hot sauce. For mild enchiladas, use tomatoes and mild sauce.
