Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    garlic salt
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Soak rice in boiling water and salt for 1/2 hour; drain.
    Fry rice in margarine until most of the margarine is gone.
    Put rice in casserole with lid; sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; pour over rice.
    Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover; fluff with fork.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
