Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. tomatoes, skinned and seeded
    1 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
    2 c. sweet onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring 3 quarts of tomatoes to a boil and slowly simmer until reduced in half (about 2 hours). Stir often to prevent burning. Add the rest of the tomatoes and all other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Makes 5 pints.
