Rachel'S Favorite Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1 sq. baking chocolate or 3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    1/2 c. evaporated milk or milk
    2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate; cool a little.
    Add sugar, milk and Karo syrup.
    Bring to a boil and keep stirring.
    Boil for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
    The longer it boils, the stiffer it will be when you use it over ice cream.
