Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour, seasonings and milk.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cheese.
Stir over heat until melted.
Serve at once.
