One Dish Rice And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup regular rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (14 oz) can beef broth
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp mustard
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1 med bell pepper, chopped
    1 med tomato, chopped
    1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Stir in water, rice, onion, broth, garlic, mustard and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Stir in 1 cup cheese, bell pepper, and tomato. Simmer 10 more minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
