Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy yellow corn meal mix
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    skimmed milk (if needed)
Preparation
    Empty meal in bowl.
    Add the other ingredients, stirring well. Add milk only if mixture is not soft enough to pour.
    Pour mixture into a well-greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until well done (mixture starts to pull away from side of pan, or check with toothpick).
    Let cool; cut into squares.
    May be served cold or warm.
