Sugarless Spice Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 egg
2 tsp. sugar substitute (8 Sweet 'N Low packets)
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat egg and add water, sugar substitute, oil and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Divide batter equally into eight fluted paper baking cups placed in muffin tin.
Set muffin tin in a shallow pan of water and cover with an inverted cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Remove pan cover and bake 5 more minutes.
Makes eight.
