So-Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna (uncooked)
1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced thin
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, sauteed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, spread about 1 cup sauce.
Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna; top with some sauce, ground chuck, 1/2 of Ricotta, 1/2 of Mozzarella, 1/2 of Parmesan and repeat layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes and serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
