Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. white sugar (or a little less)
    4 Tbsp. flour, mixed with sugar
    dash of salt
    3 whole eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat together margarine, sugar, flour and milk.
    Lastly add beaten eggs.
    Mix only until well blended.
    Pour into pie crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake just until set in middle, maybe 30 minutes.
