Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar and flour; beat gently.
Add remaining ingredients and beat slightly.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Reduce heat to 200\u00b0 while cooking.
Cook until golden in color and firm consistency.
