Italian Vegetable Crouton Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced yellow squash
    1/2 tsp. Watkins garlic salt
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. Watkins Italian Blend
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. Watkins Italian pepper
    2 c. croutons
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In each of three small mixing bowls, toss sliced squash with garlic salt; stir Italian Blend into tomatoes and toss onion with Italian pepper.
    Set these bowls aside.
    Spray 3 or 4-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Layer 1 cup croutons, 1 cup squash mixture, 1 cup tomato mixture, 1/2 cup onion mixture and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat this process.
    Pour melted margarine evenly over top.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
